Required Qualifications
•5+ years of related experience in conjunction with advanced education in advanced analytics
which includes regressions, ANOVA, factor assay, reliability assay, statistical/data modeling
software (e.g., SAS, SPSS, R, Python, SQL), business systems (ATS, HRIS), and/or data
warehouses.

•3+ years of experience translating technical concepts/inquiry into applied recommendations,
creating presentations with information visualization software (due east.g., Tableau, PowerPoint) and presenting to and communicating with senior leaders.

•Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, with competency in v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.

•Power to travel upwardly to v%
